1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the uk77 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. Where uk77's liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, uk77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your uk77 account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

uk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, unresolvable payment disputes, or at the player's own request.

In the event of account closure initiated by uk77 due to a breach of these Terms, uk77 reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, funds may be forfeited in part or in full.
